“We first met Cory Dolak in 2016 while staying at the Seagate Hotel & Spa. We stayed there often before we bought our place here in Delray Beach. Every time we came, he remembered our names and no matter the request he was always there to shine. It quickly turned to a friendship and we looked forward to seeing him whenever in town. While we were getting ready to close on our place, we then found out about his management firm. Super delighted, it began with our vehicle that we stored at Seagate Hotel and he had total responsibility for our car. Always immaculate, filled with gas and ready to go. Even delivered wherever we needed; our home, the hotel, the beach, wherever. He handled our arrivals from the airport and if our flights were late, we never had to notify him. He remained on top of it and one step ahead of our needs always. If the driver he had for us wasn’t available he would come himself. Everyone that is on his team is responsible, reliable and answers directly to Cory; so, there is never an issue. He has the keys to our home, all our vehicles and our total trust. “We have known Cory Dolak for a number of years, ever since we started staying at the Seagate Hotel & Spa; while our new second home in Delray was going through the City approval process and then under construction. Cory was our go-to guy at the Seagate whom we could count on to fulfill all of our needs and always with a smile and engaging personality. When our home was nearing completion, we needed to have nine televisions and our audio system installed and connected to Comcast along with wi-fi for our home. We contacted Cory and immediately Dolak Management was on the job doing whatever was needed to install the entertainment system. They even made all of the arrangements directly with Comcast to set up our account and provide cable and wi-fi service. It was great to have their attention to detail since we live out-of-state and weren’t always on-site to address concerns as they arose. Dolak Management was like having a second set of eyes. Shortly after we moved in, we found a used treadmill online at a gated community clubhouse in Boynton Beach. While the price was incredible, the problem was that it needed to be picked up in one hour. With no means to accomplish that, we called Cory and, of course, he and a friend appeared like magic within the hour with a truck to transport the treadmill back to our home. Cory grew up in Boynton Beach, Florida and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance from Florida Atlantic University. Hospitality makes up the roots of Cory’s career. Early on, he began as a valet in high school. In college, he transitioned to a bellman at the Seagate Hotel & Spa in Delray Beach, Florida. He immersed himself in the city of Delray Beach and this was the spark for him to start his concierge business. Utilizing his business sense and entrepreneurial background, Cory founded Dolak Management, Inc. He created long lasting relationships with many influential leaders within the Delray Beach community, which jump-started his business.
Growing up, Cory worked in the family business of roofing/construction, which taught him the value of doing things the right way the first time. Cory’s knowledge in the hospitality industry enabled him to apply his skills consistently while on the job conducting daily and weekly tasks for his clients. Cory takes pride in creating a sense of trust and a service-oriented lifestyle that his clients can depend on. From managing their seasonal vacation homes to their private car collections and beyond, Cory and his team are a one stop shop to managing your Florida lifestyle.
